1. Agreement to terms
By using beingbrief.in, review.beingbrief.in, or engaging BeingBrief Digital Marketing ("BeingBrief", "we", "us") for Local SEO services, you agree to these terms.
2. Our services
BeingBrief provides Local SEO services, including Google Business Profile optimization, suspended/unverified account recovery, local search ranking, citation building, keyword research, competitor analysis, review management, AI/voice search optimization, and location-based optimization, as described on our Services page.
3. Ethical, white-hat approach
We only use strategies compliant with Google's guidelines. We will never post fake reviews, incentivize reviews, or use techniques that risk your Google Business Profile being suspended.
4. Results disclaimer
Local SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including Google's search algorithm, your industry, and local competition. We do not guarantee any specific ranking positions, and no reputable SEO agency can. What we do guarantee is ethical work, transparent monthly reporting, and consistent effort toward improving your visibility.
5. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information and timely access to accounts (such as your Google Business Profile) needed for us to perform our services.
6. Cancellation policy
Either party may cancel an ongoing service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Services rendered up to the end of the notice period will be billed as agreed; no further charges apply after cancellation takes effect.
7. Review Assistant usage
BeingBrief Review Assistant is provided to help genuine customers write authentic Google reviews faster. It must only be used by customers describing real experiences, and every review is submitted manually by the customer through their own Google account, in line with Google's review policies.
8. Limitation of liability
BeingBrief is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from changes to Google's algorithms, policies, or platform availability, which are outside our control.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
